I offer short and long term therapy to individuals face to face in my office in Pool. We can also work via phone or online if you prefer. I work with all aspects of anxiety and depression, bereavement, addictive behaviours, anger management and domestic abuse. I also have a particular interest in working with ADHD and Men's Mental Health.
I provide a space for you to explore these difficulties in a way that suits you. No issue is too small or trivial; your problems are valid, whatever they may be, so don’t hesitate to get in touch and ask any questions.
I'm confident that working with you will empower you to live a more fulfilling life and able to deal with the challenges that life can throw at us.
How can counselling help?
I work from a humanistic training which means I am empathic, non-judgmental and I will emotionally support you in your sessions. I can offer you a safe space to help you share, explore and work towards some positive outcomes.
I believe we’re our own experts and with the right support and environment we can all learn about ourselves and navigate our way to accepting and moving forward with our lives. I am a huge believer in the value of the therapeutic process to empower you.
I will work with you in a dynamic way helping you to work with whatever you bring to sessions to enable you to work through your feelings and emotions. We will work together to look at patterns in your life that may be affecting you in the present and facilitate you to find a new way of being.
Counselling isn't about giving you solutions , but empowering you to make your own changes.

Session last 50 minutes and are £40 per session.
They are held weekly initially but I am flexible to suit your needs. I do have a limited number of reduced rate sessions priced at £25 per session for those on low income or students, please contact me to ask for availability.
I offer a free, no obligation call to talk about what I offer as a counsellor and how I work which also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.
Any cancellations must be given with at least 24 hours notice otherwise 50% payment is required.
My location
My private practice is located at Unit 4, Carnon Building, Wilson Way, Pool, Redruth, TR15 3RS. I see clients from Pool, Reduth, Camborne and the surrounding areas.
